Kevin Alder is a chef. One of those young chefs that, inspired by the new Spanish experimental cuisine, is always trying to give us not only food but an amazing experience for the five senses. And, of course, he cooked for us in this creaversation. Kevin, who is in fact English, works in Dos Palillos Berlin, a restaurant with a Michelin Star, born in El Raval, Barcelona.
